Returns Policy

Your order is processed by register⁵⁵ retail pty ltd on behalf of JULIA KAGI

Goods or services purchased via register⁵⁵ retail pty ltd may be returned for exchange or resupply for a full refund within 14 days of dispatch from our distribution centre at the election of register⁵⁵ retail pty ltd.

For change of mind returns or if you purchased or received the wrong good or service (item) a refund will only be provided if the item is unopened and continues to be in a saleable or in the case of a service, not yet performed, condition.

register⁵⁵ retail pty ltd does not charge a re-stocking fee.

You can either return the item to the retail store listed on the purchase receipt or ship the item direct to the distribution centre using the register⁵⁵ retail pty ltd online Return Request service.

Once the item is received and verified by the distribution centre a refund will be made to the credit card or PayPal account with which the item was purchased.

You will be required to pay for shipping costs back to the distribution centre if:

1. You changed your mind; or
2. You purchased the wrong item / size / colour / variation etc.;

These costs may be deducted from any refund amount without further notice. Any additional amounts will be payable by the customer to register⁵⁵ retail pty ltd. If goods not returned or services not required are returned for a reason other than a. or b. above then providing that you have arranged to ship the goods back direct to the distribution centre, register⁵⁵ retail pty ltd will pay for one collection attempt only. If for any reason the first collection by the courier is unsuccessful due to any action or inaction on your part (e.g. you are not available when the courier arrives to collect the item) you will be required to pay the shipping costs associated with any and all subsequent collections or attempts at collections.

Nothing in this Returns Policy purports to restrict or exclude your statutory rights under the Trade Practices Act 1974 or any other relevant consumer legislation which cannot be excluded or modified by law.

Any provision of this Returns Policy which is prohibited or unenforceable will not invalidate the remaining provisions nor affect the validity or enforceability of other provisions in this Returns Policy.
